You may return one or more items, provided that they were not used or worn, within 8 days from the delivery date and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
The shipping cost is charged to the customer. See also Terms and Conditions in Effects of Withdrawal.
The client can not change the returned item/s with other products.
We can not accept the return of items that are not in the same conditions the client found them.
Before requesting a return, check that each product to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and that it is carefully and neatly packed.
IMPORTANT: if the conditions listed above are not observed, we could not accept the return.
Please, note that if you decide to use a courier of your choice to return the goods, the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. This means that we can not be considered responsible for any loss, damage, bad packaging, or delivery delay.
