Zenelli® was born taking advantage of the skills and know-how acquired by our Technicians in the Composites sector. There are many Technologies. Zenelli® uses the best Technology for its products and thanks to the latest generation software it is able to evaluate in advance the degree of tension applied to the component and build it with well directed fibers.
Zenelli® uses in its components the Technology of the Forged, a Technology capable of transferring incredible mechanical characteristics to the final product, thanks to which it is possible to design lighter and stronger components.
Zenelli® finishes and fully creates all its metal components. Thanks to recent investments, it exploits the full power of Removal Manufacturing with machining centers that work until 5 Axes continuous. Not only that, now it designs and manufactures all the equipment for the realization of Composite Material components. (video)
Zenelli® marries the Technology of Extrusion, nothing derives from die-casting technologies. All Zenelli® components are machined from extruded bars to ensure maximum strength and maximum reliability.
The typical density of Carbon Fiber is 1750 kg / m ^ 3. The rigidity, instead, of the different types of fibers, varies between 150 and 700 GPa. Depending on their mechanical characteristics, Carbon Fibers can be multiple. Zenelli® uses the best, high quality fiber, making the world’s lightest and strongest Gimbal head. The body, moreover, entirely empty and in Carbon Fiber is able to absorb the vibrations caused by the click.
Aluminum is a well-known material, but we do not forget that it can be used in various ways and transformed with different technologies. In fact, technology plays a fundamental role, maintaining or increasing the mechanical properties of the material. Zenelli® uses components made of Aeronautical Aluminum transformed with the Forged Technology, obtaining lighter and more robust products.
Zenelli® uses parts made of Magnesium Alloy, a light alloy used purely in the Aeronautical sector to optimize the weight / performance ratio. Magnesium weighs 35% less than Aluminum and, based on the alloy used, guarantees equal performance.
